Скороговорки

In Russian class my students and I have been working on tongue twisters. They're kind of fun, sometimes confusing, and my students have been doing alright with them. Really I'm trying to get them to learn how to read and pronounce Russian. It's definitely helping.

I was looking for videos of Russians saying the tongue twisters, and came across the following video. It's from a group that's out of Latvia, I think. I found it on youtube by searching "скороговорки", and will try to find the group's name after school today. It's longish, but I knew with a beat like that it was made for my students. They seemed to like it pretty good. We had a little extra time in Algebra class today, so I ended up showing it to those students too. They seemed to like it pretty good. They thought it was interesting, but everyone agreed the folks in the video didn't know how to dance. I liked the video quite a bit, I think it's a lot of fun.
