Here's a quick update on stuff that's been happening around here:

• Yesterday 2nd period got 100% on their exit ticket--factoring quadratic equations--not a real easy topic.
• My student mastery has improved about 10% in the last month and a half. We're getting better.
• I've consumed an entire box of pop-tarts in the last week. A big box.
• I've been asked to teach GED courses this summer.
• I still fight to keep my students focused. A lot.
• One of my students was booked.
• Two students from the school debate team are in NY right now competing in the National Tournament.
• I got the girls in my Russian class (who rarely speak) to sing the chorus of a Russian rap song.
• I've accumulated 18 sick days.
